About The Incubation Center
Our goal is to connect and support Liberian entrepreneurs.
The DKS Incubation Center is a social enterprise committed to supporting startups, empowering youth and women, and strengthening community-based entrepreneurship across Liberia. Since our establishment, we have implemented transformative programs including the Enterprise Development Program (EDP), Integrated Professional Skills Development Program (IPS-DP), Green Innovation Program (GIP), and the Strive Business Development Program (SBDP) training and mentoring more than one hundred MSME owners.
Our incubation model is community-centered, integrating social impact, sustainability, and local innovation. We offer hands-on technical training, mentorship, coaching, and research support to help entrepreneurs develop practical skills, validate their ideas, and build resilient businesses that contribute meaningfully to Liberia’s development

David K. Sinatue, Sr.
Executive Director
David K. Sinatue, Executive Director of the DKS Incubation Center, provides strategic leadership and oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that promote sustainable business growth, youth empowerment, and environmental responsibility in alignment with the Incubation Center’s mission. He is responsible for guiding organizational strategy, managing partnerships, ensuring financial sustainability, and driving operational excellence across all initiatives. David holds an MSc in Environmental Governance and a BA in Sociology and Public Administration, combining technical expertise with strong leadership skills to advance the Center’s impact across Liberia.

Ballah Davis
Finance Officer
Ballah Davis, Finance Officer at the DKS Incubation Center, oversees all financial operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, and effective resource allocation to support program delivery and organizational growth. He is responsible for financial planning, compliance, and safeguarding the Center’s assets. Ballah holds an MBA in Banking and a BSc in Economics, combining financial expertise with strategic oversight to strengthen the Center’s operations and impact.

Gifty Benson Ughweri
Program Coordinator
Gifty U. Benson, Program Coordinator at the DKS Incubation Center, manages the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and achieve intended outcomes. She coordinates participant engagement, facilitates training activities, and supports program evaluation to enhance impact and quality. Gifty holds a BA in Mass Communication, combining strong organizational and communication skills to drive the Center’s programmatic success.

J. Musa Sheriff
Lead Program associate
J. Musa Sheriff, Lead Program Associate at the DKS Incubation Center, plays a key role in managing and coordinating program operations. He oversees the planning and execution of training sessions, ensures alignment of activities with organizational objectives, monitors program performance, and supports reporting and impact assessment. He also facilitates stakeholder engagement, mentors junior staff, and contributes to the development of program strategies to enhance efficiency, participant outcomes, and overall impact. J. Musa is a BSc Candidate in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, combining academic knowledge with practical skills to strengthen program implementation and operational excellence.

M. Abraham Kortu
Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator
M. Abraham Kortu, Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator at the DKS Incubation Center, leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of participant recruitment and outreach strategies. He develops targeted engagement campaigns, builds partnerships with community stakeholders, and ensures a diverse and qualified pool of participants for programs. He also monitors recruitment metrics, evaluates outreach effectiveness, and contributes to strategic planning for community engagement and program growth. M. Abraham holds an ASc. in Environmental Science and is a BSc Candidate in Environmental Science, combining technical expertise with strong coordination and communication skills to expand the Center’s reach and impact.

Prince T. L. Phillips
Lead Program Associate, GIP
Prince T. L. Phillips, Lead Program Associate for the DKS Incubation Center’s Green Innovation Program (GIP), oversees the design and implementation of initiatives promoting sustainable business solutions, environmental justice, and climate adaptation and mitigation. He coordinates program activities, mentors participants, monitors progress, and ensures alignment of projects with sustainability goals. He also contributes to research, impact assessments, and strategic planning to advance environmentally responsible entrepreneurship. Prince holds an ASc in Environmental Science and is a BSc Candidate in Environmental Science, combining technical expertise with practical skills to drive innovation and sustainability within the Center’s programs.
Our Journey
- Trained over 1,850 youth, equipping them with entrepreneurial skills, mentorship, and practical business knowledge.
- Launched the Integrated Professional Skills Development Program (IPS-DP) to strengthen workforce capabilities.
- Trained over 285 MSMEs, ideators, and entrepreneurs, supporting business growth and enterprise development.
- Launched the Enterprise Development Program (EDP) to support startups and early-stage businesses.
- Partnered with Giving Joy Grants to train 55 female entrepreneurs, promoting women-led enterprises.
- Strengthened partnership with the Universal Outreach Foundation to manage the Strive Business Development Program (SBDP).
- Actively managing the SBDP, providing mentorship, training, and business support to youth and early-stage entrepreneurs.
- Launched the Green Innovation Program (GIP), promoting sustainable and environmentally responsible entrepreneurship.
- Strengthened partnership with Conservation International under the Adaptation Acceleration Program.
- Launched the SBDP Growth Accelerator Program (GAP), enhancing business scalability and investment readiness.
