Empowering Success Through Comprehensive Training
At the DKS Incubation Center, we empower Liberian entrepreneurs and professionals through practical training, mentorship, and hands-on support. Since 2019, we have trained over 1,850 youth, supported 285+ MSMEs and entrepreneurs, facilitated the launch of 27+ businesses, equipping participants with the skills, tools, and networks needed to grow their ventures, create jobs, and strengthen local communities.
Enterprise Development Program (EDP)
The Enterprise Development Program (EDP) is our flagship initiative, delivering an intensive, two-month training program that can be fully customized to meet the unique needs of organizations and individuals. Covering business planning, financial management, marketing, and operations, the EDP combines practical training, one-on-one mentorship, access to resources, and networking opportunities to help participants turn ideas into sustainable, high-impact businesses. In partnership with the Universal Outreach Foundation (UOF), we have successfully run 7 distinctive cohorts of the Strive Business Development Program (SBDP), training over 285 ideators, entrepreneurs, and MSME owners, mentoring 199 businesses, and launching 27 new enterprises. Our SBDP Growth Accelerator Program, now the 8th cohort, continues this legacy of transforming ambitious ideas into thriving ventures. Integrated Professional Skills Development Program (IPS-DP)
Since 2019, we have trained over 1,850 students, youth, emerging leaders, and professionals, equipping them with practical skills in project management, procurement, project proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation, report writing, and financial management. The Integrated Professional Skills Development Program (IPS-DP) is designed to prepare individuals for success in today’s competitive job market. Participants gain expertise in project management, communication, leadership, digital literacy, and industry-specific technical skills, while working on real-world projects and receiving personalized career coaching. Whether you are an organization looking to upskill your team or an aspiring professional seeking career-ready competencies, the IPS-DP delivers measurable outcomes, building capable, confident, and market-ready talent.
